Flavio M. Da Silva obtained his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and is licensed by the Michigan State Board of Social Work.  As Clinical Director at West Brook Recovery Center, Flavio oversees the delivery of clinical services and therapeutic activities.  He ensures that policies and procedures meet the standards set forth by the State of Michigan and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).  Flavio administers psychosocial evaluations for diagnosis of mental health and substance abuse disorders and establishes recommendations for care.   He provides treatment for co-occurring disorders, conflict resolution, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), depression, and anxiety related disorders.  Flavio educates clients and family related to mental health and recovery issues in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.  He is certified in Auricular Acupuncture Detoxification.
